During packaging equipment production, due to errors in the positioning of the color marks printed on the packaging material, the stretching of the packaging material, and the influence of mechanical transmission, the predetermined sealing and cutting position of the packaging material may deviate from the correct position, resulting in errors. To eliminate these errors and achieve correct sealing and cutting, packaging design must consider the issue of automatic positioning. Solving this problem is mostly done by completing a continuous photoelectric automatic positioning system design based on the positioning marks of the packaging material. The continuous photoelectric positioning system works in error compensation modes such as advance and retreat type, braking type, and dual-driving system synchronous type.
