A feed gate is added to the scale. After the feed is unloaded, quickly close the low door of the weighing hopper and start the next round of weighing. Bags filled with feed are sent by conveyor belts to sewing machines for sewing.

1. Regularly check the parts of the vertical powder packing machine, once a month, check whether the worm gear, worm, bolts, bearings and other moving parts on the lubricating block are flexible and worn. If there is any defect, it should be repaired in time and should not be used reluctantly.

3. After the vertical powder packing machine is used or stopped, the drum should be taken out, the remaining powder in the barrel should be cleaned up, and then installed for the next use. 4. When the roller moves back and forth during work, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the proper position. If the gear shaft moves, adjust the back of the bearing frame.
