• The temperature of the horizontal sealing device of the packaging machine has not reached the corresponding temperature and needs to be increased for horizontal sealing;

• The sealing pressure at the horizontal sealing device of the packaging machine is not enough, and the packaging machine pressure needs to be adjusted to increase pressure for horizontal sealing;

• The sealing rollers of the horizontal sealing device of the equipment were not aligned and the contact surface between the two was not flat during installation. The solution is to adjust the flatness of the sealing roller contact surface and then do horizontal sealing with an A4 paper to check if it is aligned and if the texture is the same.
